my prayers have been answered!

For so long I've prayed for God to give me the drive and motivation to keep my house clean, because I honestly wasn't born with that neat freak gene... He doesnt always answer our prayers how we assume that He will... as you will see from the photos below, His Ways are higher than our ways, and as you may agree, so much better.

Cleaning up playdough crumbles with the vacuum
quickly became the coolest thing ever at our house
once he got started he found way more than just playdough for the vacuum to devour
ooh these baseboards need some cleaning... let me help you out Mom.
look at the attention to detail!
This was his face the whole 20 minutes of vacuum time. Love it.
He and Jill had just finished arguing over who would get to do under the dishwasher.
Apparently, he had the more convincing argument.
This was the best afternoon activity ever.
Jack actually thanked me for letting him use the vacuum, cause it "was so much fun".

See, the Lord didn't give ME the drive to vacuum... he blessed me with a child who finds it fun and wants to do it as a special treat. Isn't He good?

This was SO endearing...I really loved it. Does Jack do toilets because I could use him over here for a cleaning? We could pretend there's a new Rescue Hero, Timothy Toilet, who he could pretend to be. Just a thought...
Anyway, I love the endless plumber crack on all his pictures!!
