In Celebration and Honor of my last year in my third decade...we made cupcakes last night as a family. Jill helped pour/dump ingredients into the bowl and well, Jack just licked the wire wisk. Not so much helpful as hungry. Later I decorated them after they were cooled down and ready to frost. We were all pretty excited to partake in the cupcake eating extravaganza.
They were worth the anticipation. Yum-eeee.

Today is the actual day of my birth and of course I had to have one, or three, tonight. Still just as tasty. Do calories count if you eat them on your birthday? I hope not!
